Common questions
How does white label work in practice?
We're contracted to you, not your client. We attend site as your supplier, capture the imagery your engagement requires, and deliver the files to you in whatever format you need. Your client only ever sees you: your branding, your delivery, your sign-off.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. NDAs and confidentiality agreements are accepted as standard for white-label engagements. We are happy to operate under your terms or sign your client-facing agreement directly where required.
Can we use your CAA authorisation for our work?
Yes. We fly under our own CAA Operational Authorisation. That compliance is included in the engagement, so you don't need to hold it yourself. Insurance, airspace permissions, NOTAMs, and pre-flight risk assessments are all our responsibility.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. We work on single engagements as well as ongoing programmes. For repeat work or framework arrangements we can agree a discounted rate card.
