Why a surveyor, not just a pilot
Plenty of operators can fly a drone. Fewer can tell you what they are looking at. Altitude is led by a Chartered Building Surveyor with 10+ years of property experience, so the imagery is captured with an eye on the things your team actually needs to see.
We do not write the formal report. The deliverable is photography (and, where useful, short video), captured to the brief and ready for your surveyor or asset manager to interpret.
We work across London and the South East, with regular instructions from property consultancies, managing agents, and asset managers. We deliberately do not stretch coverage beyond that.
