Why a surveyor, not a pilot

Most drone operators can fly. What they can't do is tell you what they're looking at. When they hand you footage of a roof, you're still left to ask a surveyor what it means.

Our approach is the opposite. As Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS), we understand defects, tolerances, building pathology, and what makes a survey report defensible. The drone is a tool. The expertise is what you're paying for.

This is why Savills, Knight Frank, and CBRE instruct Altitude. Their surveyors don't need to translate the output — we speak their language and deliver reports they can act on immediately.
